Jamshed is a Senior Director, Services Account Partner at Salesforce. He is a subject matter expert in transformation, particularly from a customer experience perspective. His mission is to help Salesforce customers realise their digital transformation visions, help them understand the business value that cloud CRM solutions deliver and determine the best services strategy to make them successful.
Before joining Salesforce, Jamshed led services delivery for Marketing Cloud EMEA at Salesforce and ran Digital Studios at Havas and Wunderman. He has a technical background, delivering innovative platform solutions for Customers like Ford, Mazda, Aviva and the Greater London Authority.
