We are experiencing a major technological convergence: big data, machine learning, and increasing computing power will make artificial intelligence ubiquitous. Companies today face pressure to integrate AI and automation into their business to improve the customer experience and inform decisions. Critical skill sets required in this new reality and the job market will drastically change overnight. What sectors and jobs are most vulnerable to automation and displacement? How will the nature of work and compensation evolve? How will we prepare the existing and future workforce to identify individual skills gaps and prepare for the jobs of the future?

This Futures LAB explores the implications of the new reality and what you can do today to prepare your organization and workers.

The Futures LAB exists to guide conversations about provocative ideas about the longer term future that give business leaders the confidence to make good strategic decisions in the face of uncertainty.

An in-person interactive experience designed to explore an agenda for the future through collaborative learning, developing ideas and understanding the implications of those ideas to our customers.

Participants walk away with:

  • New ideas and ways of thinking
  • Inspiration and motivation to take action in the face of uncertainty
  • Confidence to make better decisions about the future

Future-preparedness is a powerful predictor for becoming an outperformer in the industry: 33% higher profitability, 200% higher growth.
