Simon Mulcahy is the Chief Marketing Officer at Salesforce, where he leads Salesforce’s global marketing organization and is responsible for driving market leadership, global awareness, demand generation, strategic events and communications for Salesforce.

Mulcahy has held numerous leadership roles at Salesforce. Most recently, he built Salesforce’s Financial Services vertical go-to-market and product strategy, launching the Financial Services Cloud. Prior to this, Mulcahy founded and led Salesforce’s Strategic Innovation Practice, "Ignite,” helping Salesforce’s top customers reinvent business and operating models.

Until 2008, Mulcahy was Head of Technology Industries of the World Economic Forum (known for its annual summit in Davos that attracts CEOs and world leaders). In that role, he worked closely with CEOs of leading global technology companies, as well as prominent thought leaders and government leaders.

Earlier in his career, Mulcahy was a strategy consultant, and before that, a British Army Officer. Mulcahy has an MBA from Columbia University, London Business School and INSEAD, and an honors degree in economics & politics. Nina leads a new global business in the Centrica Group responsible for developing technology-led home management products and services, centering on energy, heating and monitoring. Her key focus is on putting the customer at the heart of Centrica, and transforming the business through innovation. She successfully led the launch of the Hive Active Heating™ smart thermostat and the acquisition of AlertMe, the technology platform underpinning our ‘Internet of Things’ activities.

Previously, Nina was Commercial Director at British Gas responsible for all brand, marketing, product development, digital, sales and insight and she ran one of British Gas’s home services businesses delivering electrical, plumbing and drainage services across the UK, including the Dyno-Rod franchise.

Nina previously worked in management consulting across multiple sectors and countries. Before joining British Gas, she was a partner at McKinsey & Co serving clients globally. Oliver is responsible for the executive leadership of The Challenge. He joined the organisation in 2014 following twenty years in the Royal Marines, serving in Bosnia, Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan, including in command of the coalition forces in Nad-e-Ali District, Helmand Province. He also worked on the personal staffs of the Chief of Defence Staff and Ministers. His final military job was as a colonel, leading one of the courses at the UK’s Defence Academy.

Alessandro Stanzani was appointed Head of Consumer Imaging Group for Canon Europe in January 2014. Alessandro has worked for Canon for 22 years, moving from Canon Italia in 2000 to join Canon Europe. Alessandro then transitioned to Canon Europe to head up Marketing in EMEA for Consumer Imaging Group for a five year period. Tim's responsibilities include using digital technology to help drive product innovation and process improvements within IATA and across the industry.  Tim is a member of the IATA Ideation Hub, which is an industry change program that aims to transform the entire passenger journey through the implementation of innovative solutions. Paul started his sales career at the Guardian newspaper, moving to business intelligence provider Informa in 2001. Over the next nine years, Paul quickly moved from a sales role to head up sales teams across various industry segments - from law to finance to pharmaceuticals-  before becoming Commercial Director.

Recognising the vital role efficient process and the right tools play in sales success, Paul then transferred temporarily to the technology team to lead a reimplementation of Salesforce. His move to sales operations became permanent when he was appointed Sales Operations Director to oversee the sales integration of the recently-acquired Datamonitor business.

Today, Paul Is Head of Sales & Marketing Enablement for Informa Business Intelligence. He is specifically responsible for maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the 'Prospect-to-Order' business processes. Before Notion Jos co-founded, built and exited three businesses with his brother Ben – RBR Networks, Star and MessageLabs. Star was one of the UK’s first ISP’s and was acquired by Claranet for $88m. MessageLabs, founded in 2000, was the first company in the world to deliver anti-virus and anti-spam in the Cloud and apply a more data driven, predictive approach to identifying malware. In 2008 MessageLabs was acquired by Symantec for $700m, a landmark transaction in the emerging software-as-a service (‘SaaS’) sector.

In 2010, Jos co-founded Notion with three other partners to invest in the B2B SaaS/Cloud market across Europe. Emma joined Accenture in the mid 1990’s and has spent her career architecting and delivering technology enabled solutions to clients in a range of industries.  Growing up with a range of technologies from across the ecosystem, custom through packaged, she has had the privilege to work with clients on programs from the cutting edge of innovation to large scale core solutions.

Emre Baran is the co-founder and CTO of Qubit. He was a Senior Product Manager at Google before leaving after working on various AdWords and AdSense related products & building large scale artificial intelligence and analytics systems to scale and automate operations. Prior to Google, Emre was the co-founder and CTO of Yonja.com, Turkey's largest social network.

He also has 5 years of experience in IT consulting for telecommunications and federal & local financial systems industries in the United States. Emre holds degrees in Economics and Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from INSEAD.

 
 
 
 

Dmitry is a self-motivated entrepreneur whose passion and expertise lies in enterprise software and artificial intelligence. He has founded a number of successful enterprise software businesses, including DigitalGenius and FinGenius, where he is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer. Both companies build powerful artificial intelligence products specifically designed for Fortune 500 corporations and major Tier 1 banks.

Dmitry supervises the high growth of these companies across multiple verticals in EMEA and North America. Dmitry’s enthusiasm for the world of artificial intelligence has been a lifelong one. He built his first autonomous robot at the young age of seven; since then he has won multiple national and international robotics and AI competitions.

One of his greatest achievements thus far is the building of an AI engine that is being used by millions of people worldwide. Dmitry is well and truly en route to his goal of bringing AI and cognitive computing to mainstream society.

 
 
 
 

With over 15 years’ experience in the Salesforce Ecosystem, Adam has driven numerous transformational Salesforce initiatives across Sales, Customer Service, Revenue Management / Pricing, Marketing, Contracting / Legal, and Operations.  Adam’s concentrations include Digital Reinvention, Data-Driven-Decision Making, Sales Effectiveness, and strategy execution that aligns to Business Outcomes.

In his current role, Adam runs Salesforce Go-To-Market at Bluewolf, an IBM company, leading a team of thought leaders that operate horizontally across the various Salesforce Clouds.  More recently, Adam has specialized focus on delivering customer solutions leveraging Watson and Einstein AI capabilities to make smarter, faster decisions and ultimately drive deeper customer engagement.
