Salesforce.com, the enterprise cloud computing company, has announced that MITIE, the strategic outsourcing and asset management company, is using the Sales Cloud from salesforce.com as its primary customer relationship management tool to track sales opportunities across the group.

MITIE has found Salesforce CRM to be a highly effective tool in capturing, tracking and reporting sales opportunities.

“Due to the diversity of our business we needed a CRM solution that is transparent and will allow our teams to work together seamlessly,” explained Neil Smith, CRM Manager at MITIE.

Prior to deploying Salesforce CRM, MITIE used separate contact management systems which were fragmented and lacked compatibility.
