Marketing Cloud was recognised with a score of five (out of five) across 16 criteria, including: Customer Data Management, Product Vision, Innovation Roadmap, Market Approach, Supporting Products and Services, Partner Ecosystem, and Customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why it\u2019s relevant<\/strong>: According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/uk\/news\/stories\/customer-engagement-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recent research<\/a>, 56% of customers now expect offers to always be personalised \u2014 no matter the channel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u201cThat\u2019s particularly difficult given tough economic conditions and new challenges like data deprecation and 3D connected consumers.
