Interactions via this service have doubled year-on-year since its introduction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mulesoft.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mulesoft<\/a>, DPD\u2019s finance team can now access invoices and issue statements in one place. It also allows DPD account managers and business development teams to access financial and parcel data, and make business-critical decisions, without leaving Salesforce.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teams can automatically and accurately capture forecasts from customers, enabling DPD to adapt to volume fluctuations and market changes more quickly and easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DPD\u2019s marketing team uses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/uk\/products\/marketing-cloud\/marketing-automation\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marketing Cloud<\/a> to engage B2B prospects and customers at key relationship milestones.
