The global data gathered from 11,750 respondents, including 1000 UK adults, revealed 44 percent of UK constituents struggle with government interactions, and over a third of constituents, globally, are unsure of available programs. However, the research indicates overwhelming public support for AI solutions \u2014 with 84% of UK constituents saying they\u2019d use an AI agent to engage with their government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why it matters:<\/strong> The arrival of AI agents presents governments with an exciting opportunity to strengthen public trust by streamlining services and speeding up response times. And in the face of tightening budgets, agents can augment public servants and better serve their constituents \u2014 without having to add headcount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salesforce needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding to their needs faster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Constituents eager to engage with agents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>90% <\/strong>of global respondents said they\u2019d use an AI agent to interact with the public sector, while <strong>84% <\/strong>of UKl respondents said they\u2019d use an AI agent to interact with the public sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UK respondents prioritized these <strong>three factors when considering using AI agents<\/strong> in the public sector:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>44%<\/strong> said providing 24\/7 access to information and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>42%<\/strong> said helping them efficiently access government resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>39%<\/strong> said reducing the number of websites and steps needed to address their needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<aside
