In addition to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/uk\/agentforce\/agent-builder\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agent Builder<\/a>, which features a Plan Tracer for investigating the reasoning process of an agent, the new Agentforce Testing Center enables teams to test topic and action selection at scale. Using natural language instructions, Testing Center can auto-generate hundreds of synthetic interactions \u2014 such as requests a customer may make when engaging with Agentforce Service Agent \u2014 then test them in parallel to see how frequently they result in the right outcome. Teams can then use the test data to refine instructions so the expected topic is more frequently selected, improving the end customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sandboxes for Agentforce and Data Cloud: <\/strong>Teams looking to test Agentforce need to do so in safe, isolated environments. <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?id=sf.c360_a_data_cloud_sandbox.htm&amp;language=en_US&amp;type=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Generally available today<\/a>, Salesforce Sandboxes \u2014 mirror images of your production org\u2019s data and configurations \u2014 now support both Data Cloud and Agentforce. By replicating the org\u2019s data and metadata into a risk-free environment, development teams can rapidly assemble their unstructured data foundation and rigorously prototype Agentforce without fear of disrupting the business.
