Prospect, manage pipeline, and close deals in a seller-first workspace. Agents handle the grind so sellers can focus on what matters: building relationships and closing deals.
Your sales agents work behind the scenes to automatically prioritize leads, progress deals, and surface next steps. Slackbot acts as every seller's AI assistant to orchestrate it all from one conversation.
With Slack and Salesforce built as one unified system, data flows between them instantly. Give sellers the complete context they need across conversation history, CRM insights, and business data, right where they need it.
Run your entire sales workflow from Slack. Sync every action back to Salesforce automatically, so your pipeline stays current, your forecast stays clean, and your CRM updates itself.
With Slack, our goal is to have sales teams complete 75%–80% of their work in a single place. Deal teams can access files, manage opportunities, and update records without switching between tools, resulting in a huge boost in productivity.

"Almost three-quarters of a seller's week is spent on non-selling tasks, like updating CRM records and prepping for meetings.
Sellers are spending hours bouncing between tools, constantly hunting for context — time that could be spent closing deals and growing the business.
By bringing Sales Cloud and agents into Slack, we're meeting sellers where they work and giving them the context they need to drive deals forward faster. Making Salesforce data available in Slack — that's the big unlock for growth."

Sellers get access to all of their permissioned Salesforce data and AI agents without switching tools. Sales activity in Slack auto-syncs to Salesforce, keeping CRM data clean without extra effort. Sellers can even see Slack conversations surfaced in Salesforce, so deal information is complete when you log into your CRM.
Primary users are AEs and SDRs who need to manage deals, work with cross-functional teammates, and update their CRM without leaving Slack. It's also ideal for sales leaders who need a single place to work with their sales teams.
Yes. The Account Management Agent preps sellers for meetings directly in Slack — surfacing account briefs, recent activity, deal blockers, and recommended next steps, all without switching to a browser.
Only Salesforce natively combines CRM, Agentforce, and Slack. Changes sync automatically between platforms, agents are grounded in your CRM and Data 360 data, and Salesforce permissions carry over to Slack automatically.
There are two options for Salesforce customers: an add-on for existing Sales Cloud (EE or UE) users at $125/user/month, or the full Sales Cloud 1 Edition at $550/user/month (includes Agentforce, Data 360, Slack, and Tableau). A Flex Credits consumption model is also available. Reach out to our sales team to see what works best for your team.
