More and more customer service is moving away from the call center and into the hands of the customer via online communities, self service, and chat. In this workshop a Salesforce expert will walk you through setting up Communities as an online support tool for customers. You will enable Knowledge so your customers can find answers to their most common problems. Finally, you will enable a Live-Agent chat snap-in so your customer service reps can chat directly with customers for a more hands-on approach. Please bring your own laptop for hands on workshops.
