Salesforce Communities is an online platform that enables collaboration between employees, customers, and partners in public and private social communities. Join us to learn more about how you can use Communities in your own organization, and how to create and publish a customer self-service community. We'll also take a tour of our new community from a customer's point of view. To get the most out of this session, you should be an experienced administrator with some knowledge of user profiles and email templates.
