Powered by Salesforce Service Cloud, #DFHelp lets Trailblazer navigate every moment. Trailblazers can reach out for #dfhelp via their communication channel of choice: in-app video chat, web chat, phone, social, email, and SMS. For the first time, in 2017 we enabled both texting/SMS and phone support on one single number 877-DFOHANA, and we integrated Marketing Cloud and LiveMessage so Trailblazers can respond to Marketing Cloud promotional texts and get a response from the #DFHelp team.
