Global Logic is working on a home-based ventilator enabled with Xively technology, and integrated with the Saleforce Platform to enable backend workflows. The number of at-home patients with breathing issues is growing at 6% annually. They benefit from improved voice function and higher quality of life with such ventilators. Connecting these ventilators to the cloud through an IoT application allows doctors and nurses to provide better care and also helps make sure that the units are serviced regularly.
