Flow is an incredibly powerful tool, but it can be difficult to know how to get started. Join us as we provide an overview of Flow, as well as several specific use cases for utilizing flow within the Service Cloud. We'll demonstrate how to build an automated flow for dynamic Entitlement Management, as well as an interview flow for agent interaction in the Service Console. You'll leave with an understanding of Flow, and how it can be launched automatically via Process Builder or on a page for user interaction, specifically within the Service Console. You'll also understand how to create both types of flows.
