In Salesforce IT Infrastructure, we leveraged emails and forms to deliver Infrastructure Services. This was very slow and manual, so we leveraged the App Cloud to create a catalog of Services you can order, as well as leveraging Force.com and Apex for the automation of Virtual Machine provisioning. Join us to learn how we did this and how this enables our customers to order services from their mobile phones to viewing metrics from their Apple Watch. This platform and framework also sets us up to continuously automate our other services and generate detailed metrics on Salesforce Wave.
