In this role, he works to build a scalable sales and marketing organization through strategic use of people, process, and technology. Justin Hart is the Vice President of Member Acquisition at Surf Air, the first-ever all-you-can-fly membership airline. Justin is a digital strategist with over 20 years of experience in driving marketing and sales innovations for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and political campaigns. At Surf Air, he works to find and sustain its membership base and innovate its membership lifecycle.
