StreetLink is a 24/7 call center, a website, and a mobile app for iPhone and Android that allows members of the public to take action when they see someone sleeping on the streets. Once a person and their location is logged in StreetLink, the nonprofit Homeless Link activates their network of local services to get them help. Instead of just giving homeless people money, StreetLink gives everyday people the ability to connect the homeless to a full range of essential services. In this session, Homeless Link will discuss how they're building the next version of the app, StreetLink 2.0 using the Salesforce App Cloud.
