How are K-12 schools using Salesforce to connect in a whole new way? In this session, you'll learn how you can track student progress in real time, automate manual processes, and engage with students more effectively to serve the whole child. Boston Day and Evening Academy (BDEA) is an alternative high school within Boston Public Schools that serves students at high risk of dropping out of high school. Over the last year, the school has customized Salesforce to serve as their Student Information System as well as a competency-based learning platform. BDEA use Salesforce to increase communication among staff & students and to collect data on the whole student with the ultimate goal of serving our student population better. Alison Hramiec, the Head of School, and Arpi Karapetyan will discuss how Salesforce has helped BDEA identify appropriate supports for different subgroups of students, connect students with resources more quickly, increase overall transparency around our programming for students and staff, and collect data that helps us tell BDEA's story. Join us after the session for a Q&A with K-12 Salesforce users and the Salesforce.org K-12 team.
