The Development organization at Smith College is responsible for planning campaigns, directing individual giving opportunities, and managing development with alumnae and corporate donors. Disjointed processes, disconnected data, and a lack of holistic information led to poor planning, forecasting, and campaign management. Join us to learn how Smith implemented Salesforce CRM and Community Cloud for advancement and alumnae relations, leveraging agile development to go from scoping and concept to value, in approximately 12 weeks. We'll cover lifecycle design, prospect interactions, opportunity/gift tracking, and legacy data integrations.
