In order to provide faster, higher quality service the team moved its paper-based systems and processes to a cloud-based business intelligence platform. Custom apps like the berthing and billing app made it easier to process cargo coming in and going out of the Port. More accessible data enabled the team to activate predictive service capabilities while faster, more accurate processing reduced revenue recognition time.
