Build a Personalized Customer Experience & Engagement Model (Featuring Torani)
Torani worked with our Success Specialists to move their customer experience team from Desk.com to Service Cloud Lightning. We began with educating the Torani business and IT teams with the Getting Started: Service Cloud Lightning Accelerator. Then alongside their SI partner, we journeyed into the Service Cloud Lightning Console accelerator to help them design a personalized user experience for their customer experience team. But Torani did not stop there, we also enabled them on a new digital engagement channel: social customer service. We helped them integrate Social Studio with Service Cloud allowing them to engage with customers in a whole new way and gain visibility into their social brand.
