Salesforce Lightning Flows are great for authenticated users, and in Winter '19, you can use them with guest users too. Salesforce Engineers Ashley McGuire and Jitendra Bothra have built a flow that captures user data, GDPR preferences, and product registration. They will show you how this was built, and share the custom Lightning Component and Apex Class used to accomplish this.
