As AI becomes more prevalent in the enterprise, Ethical AI is becoming the new imperative in digital transformation. But how can organizations maintain an ethical practice around AI when they are still struggling to formulate their AI strategy? Experts from MIT Sloan, Erik Brynjolfsson and Andy McAfee, will share their perspectives in a conversation with Salesforce's Ethical AI lead, Kathy Baxter, in this Leading Edge Webcast.

Erik Brynjolfsson is the Director of the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, Professor at MIT Sloan School, and Research Associate at NBER. His research examines the effects of information technologies on business strategy, productivity and performance, digital commerce, and intangible assets. He is also an author of several books and has served on the editorial boards of numerous academic journals.

Andy McAfee, is a Principal Research Scientist at MIT. His work focuses on how computerization affects competition, society, the economy, and the workforce. Prior to joining MIT Sloan, McAfee was a professor at Harvard Business School. He has also served as a fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School. McAfee received his doctorate from Harvard Business School, and completed two Master of Science and two Bachelor of Science degrees at MIT. He has also authored more than 100 articles, case studies and other materials for students and teachers of technology.
