Our CRM team has partnered with these offices to build a simple yet scalable solution leveraging the Salesforce platform to highlight, and help connect these students with the right resources at the right time. We'll demonstrate our current use cases for "no show" alerts, course mid-term alerts, staff, and system based alerts. We'll also discuss our roadmap advancing this framework to other departments across campus.
