6 Step Process To Optimize Application Performance
Improving application performance is critical for delivering a compelling end-user experience. In Salesforce, there are well defined guardrails i.e. governor limits, which guarantee optimal system performance. It is within these limits that applications & transactions have to deliver a peak end-user performance. The application code typically has be refactored to improve performance due to either addition of new requirements or due to increase in the data being processed ,within these limits. In this talk we define a series of well defined, repeatable steps to identify performance bottlenecks focused on Apex & DB optimizations. We will present a list of the most frequently encountered issues and the best practices for resolving them.
