Lessons in Designing a Mobile Student Experience with Salesforce
It's no secret that most student interactions with your university today happen from a mobile device -- from filling out inquiry forms to registering for events and communicating with counselors and even submitting applications, mobile-responsiveness is no longer optional. In this session we?ll cover why thinking mobile-first is more important than ever before, and how you can deliver a dynamic student experience on the devices your students use most. We'll share: (1) How Maryville University is engaging with students in the way that they want to be engaged and the results; (2) Practical tips for designing strategies with a "student experience first" framework; (3) Best-practices for leveraging the benefits of mobile to support student outcomes. We also believe in research-based, data-driven decision making. We will share a collection of findings from the most recent Social Admissions Report, Adult StudentsTALK Survey, and other resources that support and inform these efforts.
