FAQ

What you need to be able to apply

Make sure your organization meets these baseline criteria before submitting your application:

  • Be a workforce training program dedicated to helping job seekers prepare for jobs in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Train at least 20 learners per year.
  • Have at least one person supporting their training program who holds a related Salesforce certification.

What we will complete during the onboarding & registration process

Once your application is approved, we’ll work together to check off these official launch milestones:

  • Include at least 1 Trailhead Trail as part of the curriculum.
  • Have a legitimate website that clearly shows Salesforce as a learning option and the program's branding materials.
  • Complete all the enablement and onboarding materials
  • Be compliant with data reporting and tracking

An organization cannot be:

  • An organization that does not teach or is not planning to teach Salesforce.
  • An organization with a website that shows no evidence of Salesforce learning options.

  • Your company will be listed in the Trailblazer Workforce Partner Directory, giving both job seekers and employers access to your information.

Eligible for Career Fairs

  • You are eligible to participate in Salesforce hosted career fairs (selected regions only).

WFD Summits

  • You are welcome to join us for our Workforce Development summits.

No, the program and resources are available at no cost to organizations.

While you don't have to sign a specific contract to join, registering for the Salesforce Partner Program will require you to agree to our standard Salesforce Program Agreement, Privacy Statement, and Trailblazer Workforce Partner Branding Guidelines.

The minimum steps to remain an active member of this program are to respond to our quarterly survey to share your metrics of success.

No, being a part of this program does not provide the opportunity to train professionals or offer any of the courses taught by Trailhead Academy.

Approved Trailblazer Workforce Partners are eligible to use the Workforce Partner logo provided on approval within the brand guidelines.

Important note: This does not allow for the use of the Salesforce, cloud, or Trailhead logo.

Salesforce Partners are AgentExchange partners that build applications for the Salesforce platform and consultants that support our customers with their Salesforce instances. Learn more about the Salesforce Partner program here.
