The World Tour is a series of original experiences happening safely, in person around the globe and streaming live on Salesforce+. Don't miss the chance to experience how trailblazing customers have found entirely new ways to connect with customers and transform their businesses in this new work-from-anywhere world.

On a monthly basis, you will get product news and announcements, and updates from Salesforce around the globe. Join the in-person experience to reconnect with your community, network and learn from Trailblazers, and learn how you can drive your success with Customer 360. Or tune in to the live broadcast on Salesforce+ to get the latest Customer 360 product innovation, hear from thought leaders, and walk away with everything you need to find success from anywhere. All of the biggest news and announcements are also available anytime, on demand after airing live on Salesforce+.

Please note that all registrations must follow the event’s COVID-19 entry requirements listed in the Health & Safety section of our FAQ page in order to attend World Tour Washington, D.C.

We’re excited to bring our community of Trailblazers back together, with safety being our top priority.

Salesforce is continuing to monitor the local Washington D.C. COVID-19 guidelines. As of now, there are no vaccination or testing requirements to attend in-person. This is always subject to change which may include showing proof of vaccination, showing proof of a negative COVID-19 test result, and/or wearing a mask while onsite. Salesforce reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for failure to adhere to its health and safety protocols.

World Tour Washington, D.C., is open to international travelers who are fully vaccinated and follow our testing protocol. At a minimum, we require two doses of all vaccines  except for Johnson & Johnson, which only requires one dose. However, in line with the San Francisco Department of Public Health guidance for mega-events, boosters are required for those eligible for one. Eligible adults are those 6 months past their second dose in a two-dose series OR 2 months past their first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
