Winter '14 Release Training

This online training gives you a first look at the Winter '14 release. The training focuses on new capabilities and enhancements to existing features. There are five training modules, and each one includes feature overviews, relevant use cases, and in-depth demonstrations.

If you are a Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant, you must complete the Certified Administrator - Winter '14 Release Exam.

If you are a Certified Developer, Advanced Developer or a Certified Technical Architect, you must complete the Certified Developer - Winter '14 Release Exam.

We recommend you take all five training modules, but if you are preparing for a certification release exam, use the following guidelines for study:
