Sales Cloud product releases

The latest Sales Cloud releases expand what your digital workforce can do across every stage of the revenue cycle.

September 2026 product releases

What it does: Hunter auto-learns how your specific sales team sells from connected customer, pipeline, and conversation data, and connects the right sales skills into a working plan that runs alongside reps. Starting this fall, Hunter ships in Coworker with out-of-the-box and customizable sales skills that support prospecting: researching accounts and surfacing prospects automatically, then drafting outreach emails and building cadences reps can review and send. It isn't a bolt-on tool sellers have to remember to check. It's embedded in the system they already work in.

How to get started: Hunter is available GA starting this fall in Coworker. There's no migration or data re-platforming required, so teams already on Agentforce for Sales can start using Hunter's sales skills right away.

What it does: Captures every call and email, pulls transcripts and structured signals out of them, and writes the data straight back into Salesforce CRM fields — MEDDPICC criteria, competitor mentions, next steps, and deal risk insights — all in the background, with zero extra effort from the rep. The result is a real-time, trustworthy data foundation that doesn't depend on rep data entry. This data foundation is not only helpful for generating accurate forecasts, but for fueling agentic workflows and ensuring accurate agent outputs.

How to get started: Momentum is being built natively into Sales Cloud, with sandbox access rolling out in September and production availability following later this quarter. Teams already on Agentforce for Sales will get the capability automatically as it rolls out — no separate purchase, signup, or standalone product required.

What is does: Brings Salesforce intelligence and functionality into the platform where your sellers works. For those in Claude, Salesforce has 37 prebuilt sales skills directly into Cowork. The experience auto-loads through our headless technology, so there's no separate login or app-switching required — Claude is simply grounded, from the first interaction, in live CRM data.

How to get started: The experience is available at launch through Cowork's integration, requiring no separate setup or login on the seller's part — it's grounded automatically once Cowork is in use. Admins should confirm CRM data governance settings are configured as expected, since those same permissions carry over into what Claude can see and propose.

Major releases happen quarterly, but minor releases are deployed on a rolling basis.

On this page, you'll see a showcase of all release updates across the Sales Cloud portfolio, including product enhancements and net-new features.

The next major Sales Cloud release will be in September 2026. Keep an eye on this webpage for the latest innovations.

Our release timelines are subject to change, but we do share updates monthly on this page.

Click the Setup gear icon in your org. Go to Company Information. Look for the Instance field (e.g., NA123, EU45).

Once you have the instance name, you can look up its release version at podtap.internal.salesforce.com or on status.salesforce.com.

Sales Cloud was formerly known as Agentforce Sales, so release updates for Sales Cloud are the same as Agentforce Sales.
