Accessible Guide to Dreamforce 2025

Welcome! Dreamforce is a dynamic event that spans multiple venues and often involves navigating crowds and ample distances between locations. We’re committed to creating an accessible and welcoming experience for all guests, including people with disabilities or medical conditions. This guide is a first-person explanation of what to expect at Dreamforce this year.

This is what I can expect at Dreamforce.

I can learn about Dreamforce and register on the event’s official website.

I can read additional details in the event FAQ at this link.

Here’s how I’m getting ready to make the most of Dreamforce:

* Plan my schedule: With so much happening, I’m keeping an organized calendar of events I want to attend.

* Explore sessions: Dreamforce offers over 1,500 sessions and I’m using filters to find ones that fit my business, industry, or interests.

* Check out offsite happy hours: The networking doesn’t stop at the main venues. I can choose to attend happy hours, networking events, and more.

* Don’t miss keynotes: I’ll prioritize keynotes that highlight the newest innovations and announcements relevant to me.

When I book my hotel room, I can update my attendee profile to share any accessibility needs I have. If I need a wheelchair-accessible room, a refrigerator for medicine, or any other accommodations to make my stay accessible, the housing team will help me find the right room.

If I need to request an accommodation for a disability or medical condition, I can do that when registering. If I have already registered, I can log in and edit my response at this link.

Information about accommodations for people with disabilities and medical conditions is in the Accessibility section of the FAQ. I can also email DisabilityHelpDesk@Salesforce.com if I have any questions.

Here’s what I’m bringing to stay comfortable and prepared:

* Backpack: Perfect for storing essentials like my laptop, chargers, and business cards.

* Comfortable shoes: I’ll be walking or navigating a lot, so I’m packing flats or sneakers.

* Layers: Even if it’s sunny, conference rooms can get chilly. I can bring a cardigan or blazer just in case.

* Reusable water bottle: Staying hydrated is key, and I can refill it at any water bubbler across campus.

* Packable rain jacket: San Francisco weather can be surprising, so it's a good idea to have a packable rain jacket.

* Chargers: I’m bringing all my device chargers and an external battery pack for long days.

* Sunglasses: I want to stay comfortable outside, so I’m packing these for sunny days.

* Chapstick: A must-have for keeping my lips hydrated throughout the day.

* Ear plugs: Perfect for moments when I need a little quiet or during loud events.

* Salesforce Events App: This app is my go-to for my agenda and navigating the city—it’ll keep me organized and save me time.

* Headphones: I’ll need headphones if I want to listen to the live session audio through the event app. The app will also offer AI-generated English captions for the audio.

I can find all the Dreamforce info in the Salesforce event app about a week before the event. I can download it from the App Store or Google Play.

When I have registered for the event, I can access information like the event agenda, campus map, food and beverage, and much more in the app.
