At Salesforce, our events have always been a special opportunity for us to come together with our global community to share best practices and innovations. 

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our first priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our customers, partners, employees and communities. With this in mind, we have decided to reimagine our events through the end of the year in new and virtual ways. This will be true for all events, including Dreamforce, Tableau Conference 2020, Tableau Conference Europe, TrailheaDX India and our World Tours. 

 

 
 

We have made the decision to reimagine all physical events through the end of the year, including Dreamforce, Tableau Conference, Tableau Conference Europe, TrailheaDX India, and World Tours. We will be reimagining them in new and virtual ways to bring all of the fun, innovation, and learning to our dedicated community of Trailblazers.

Yes. We expect refunds to be issued by August 31, 2020. If you do not receive a refund by August 31, 2020, please contact the Salesforce Events Help Desk.

No, Salesforce will not provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels that were booked outside of the event registration system. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact the airline and hotel directly to review options.

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer registrations to future years.

All sponsorship fees will be refunded. More to come as we work with our internal partners to work through the details.

We’re working on exciting plans to reimagine our events bringing all of the fun, innovation, and learning to our dedicated community of Trailblazers. We’ll share more as soon as we can.

In this time of tremendous global challenge and continued business transformation, we’ve created Leading Through Change, a series that provides thought leadership, tips, and resources from Salesforce, business leaders, and our community of Trailblazers to help our customers and community manage through crisis. The series will provide a forum for conversation with peers. Most events will conclude with a live performance by a musical artist, with a text to donate to a philanthropic organization supporting COVID-19 recovery. Additionally, please join us for B-Well Together, a video series featuring resources and coping skills from leading wellbeing experts to support you and your family through these trying times. We will record as much content as possible for on-demand viewing. Some content and experiences may only be available during the live virtual events so we encourage our community to join us live for maximum engagement.
