The registration fee depends on how early you register for Dreamforce — the earlier, the better. The current full conference pass price is $1,999, expiring October 31, 2017.

If you have not yet registered for Dreamforce, begin your registration and follow the instructions. Once you reach the conference page, insert the code into the promo code field. Click “Apply” to recalculate your registration, hands-on training, and/or certification balance(s).
If you have already registered, please forward your promo code to our registration team via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. Any refunds issued will usually post to your account within seven to ten business days after the request has been processed.
Dreamforce accepts several methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Dreamforce Help Desk here. Applicable refunds will be processed based on the time and date the request was submitted:
Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, September 29, 2017.
50% refund: Cancellation notices must be received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, September 30, 2017, and 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 27, 2017.
No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, October 28, 2017.

If you are unable to attend Dreamforce, you may transfer your registration to another person within your organization (subject to verification) by submitting the new attendee’s name and contact information here. Substitution requests will be processed free of charge if requested by Friday, November 3, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Substitution requests after this date are subject to a $100 transaction fee. Breakout session enrollments, trainings, certifications, and hotel reservations are not transferable.
Hotel reservations made through Dreamforce Registration and Housing are not transferable. Substituting attendees will need to complete their hotel reservation through the registration process and submit a new credit card to secure the reservation.

Salesforce books hotels throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area at a discounted rate for Dreamforce attendees. Accommodations within the Dreamforce room block can be booked during the registration process and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Online hotel bookings for Dreamforce can be made during your initial registration. If you wish to add a hotel at a later date, or update your existing reservation information, you can log in to your Dreamforce account to make the changes. Dreamforce housing will provide rooms at a discounted rate based on hotel availability until 5:00 p.m. PT on Friday, October 6, 2017. After this date, available rooms will be at the hotel’s published rates.
If you reserved a room via the Dreamforce registration process, cancellations must be made according to the hotels cancellation policy (between two weeks and five days prior to arrival, depending on the hotel). Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax. Please check the Official Hotel Listing for your hotel’s specific cancellation policy.
Note: All hotels will charge a deposit to the credit card on file prior to arrival, which will be refunded if you cancel within the specified time.
Hotel reservations made through Dreamforce registration are not transferable. The substituting attendee will need to complete a new hotel reservation through the registration process and submit a new credit card to secure the reservation.

If you don’t check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and can choose not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged the penalty of the cost of one night’s room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.
No. All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Yes. All hotels require a one-night deposit as guarantee. The credit card used to make your hotel reservation will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room plus tax after the hotel cutoff date. Please check the Dreamforce Official Hotel List for details.
Yes, so long as you are the cardholder for the credit card you present at the time of check-in.
If the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in. A credit card authorization form can also be set up with the hotel prior to your arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to obtain a credit card authorization form using the contact information found here.
No. To obtain the discounted Dreamforce rates, new reservations and changes must be made through Dreamforce Registration and Housing.
No. All hotel reservations made through the registration website are managed by the Dreamforce Registration and Housing team. A final hotel confirmation will be emailed to you approximately three weeks prior to the conference confirming your reservation; this does not include a confirmation number. If you would like to obtain a hotel confirmation, please contact the hotel of booking approximately two weeks prior to the event. You do not need this confirmation number, only a valid government issued ID that you present upon check-in at your hotel.
Please go back and confirm that you entered in the correct hotel code and select the approved dates, usually checking in on Sunday, November 5, or Monday, November 6, and checking out on Thursday, November 9. If your hotel code is still not working, please email us for additional assistance.
If you would like to arrive prior to the event but are not seeing those dates as an option, use the check-in date of Sunday, November 5, and the check-out date of Thursday, November 9. Once you have a reservation in the system, please email us to request adjusted dates.
Hotel room inventory at Dreamforce hotels in the downtown San Francisco area is limited and will sell out quickly. For best results, use the check-in date of Sunday, November 5, and the check-out date of Thursday, November 9, when searching for hotels.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering for Dreamforce by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. If you require reserved seating in the larger keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the keynote begins. Reserved seating will also be available at Dreamfest near the front of the stage. ASL interpretation will be clearly visible from this seating area.
You can request an auxiliary aid or sign interpreter when registering for Dreamforce by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
ASL interpreters will be provided in all main keynote rooms: Main Stage 1 (Moscone West, Level 3), Main Stage 2 (Moscone North, Hall D), Dreamtalk Stage 1 (Yerba Buena Theater), Dreamtalk Stage 2 (Moscone West, Level 2). AVA will be available for breakout sessions as needed. An ASL interpreter will also be provided at Dreamfest. Lunch will be provided during the event for full conference attendees. Food is also available at official Dreamforce evening events. To conserve water during California’s drought, we’re minimizing water-intensive products like beef and single-use plastic water bottles. Additional information on locations and times will be posted closer to the event.
Shuttle buses will be provided between Dreamforce hotels and campus venues. A campus shuttle will service major conference locations during the event. Airport shuttles are not provided. Other great transportation options include public transit and pedicabs.
Space at Dreamforce is very limited. There is open space throughout the campus, but no meeting rooms are available for rental.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, an easy BART ride or 25-minute drive from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive over the Bay Bridge and is also accessible by BART. To reduce single-use plastic water bottles at the event, we provide attendees a reusable Dreamforce water bottle. We’ll have water refill stations located throughout campus. Refill and help us avoid using approximately 100,000 plastic water bottles.
Make your stay sustainable
Make sure you turn off the lights and turn down the AC or heating before leaving your hotel room. These small actions can save a lot of energy.
Conserve water by doing your part to keep your showers short and shut off the water while brushing your teeth. You can also save over 10 gallons of water by skipping hotel laundry service.
