What it does: Researches CRM signals, web data, and third-party sources like ZoomInfo overnight, then delivers a ranked hit-list of the best accounts and contacts right inside Salesforce and Slack every morning, each with a "why now" reason and a draft message ready to send. Once the email is reviewed, the agent sends it, answers questions, and books meetings for reps with qualified leads.
Recently, Prospecting Agent added Guided Config with a Natural Language Editor and real-time Previews so admins can tune agent behavior in plain English, right from the agent setup page, without navigating to Agentforce Builder. Every prospect list also gets smarter over time, with feedback loops built directly into the experience.
How to get started: This agent is GA now. Admins set up the agent in plain language in the Agentforce Builder experience. They simply describe the ICP, must-have criteria, and nice-to-haves with no complex rules required. Configure ICP settings, connect ZoomInfo as your data source, then set up Engagement Agent prompts so the agent can nurture while reps close.
What it does: Agentforce Sales in Slack brings agents, enterprise context, and CRM data together in a single Slack interface — so sellers can prospect, update pipeline, and close deals without ever switching tabs. Agentforce agents work proactively in the background, handling prospecting, engagement, and account management while sellers stay focused on relationships.
How to get started: Available for Enterprise+ customers on Agentforce for Sales. Admins activate the Slack-native experience via Agentforce Setup — no migration needed. Once live, sellers get Daily Briefing, Meeting Prep, Pipeline Management, and CRM updates directly in Slack. SMB teams can get started with SlackCRM for free via Salesforce Free Suite, with a seamless upgrade path to Enterprise+.
What it does: One of Salesforce's newest acquisitions, Momentum pulls transcripts and details on every customer call, email, and meeting directly into the platform, transforming raw conversation data into structured signals that power Agentforce. As a result, teams can get coaching, deal risk alerts, stalled opportunity flags, and personalized actions delivered automatically, without a single manual field update.
How to get started: Momentum is available now as a standalone product, with full native integration into Agentforce for Sales targeting general release this quarter.
What it does: A new "Alerts" column in Pipeline Inspection surfaces real-time risk signals, single-threaded contacts, pushed deals, and activity drops right in the pipeline view. Paired with out-of-the-box sales methodology support (think MEDDIC and MEDDPICC), reps can see qualification gaps and new AI-generated summaries that allow them to catch up across all deals. Reps can also update fields with a single click without leaving their pipeline.
How to get started: Available with Enterprise Edition+ on Agentforce for Sales. Admins enable Pipeline Inspection in Salesforce Setup, then configure the OOTB methodology (e.g., MEDDIC) for their org. Deal Risk Alerts populate automatically once opportunity scoring, EAC insights, or ECI insights are active.
What it does: This new functionality — part of Distributed Marketing and Alerts (DM 2.0) — lets channel marketers create pre-approved, brand-compliant email templates that partners can personalize and send directly to their leads and contacts from the partner portal. No extra cost for partners. No extra infrastructure to manage.
How to get started: Available GA in June, bundled with the Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) SKU at no additional DM&A cost. Prerequisites: PEM SKU + Marketing Cloud Next (Growth/Advanced/MCAE+) or Marketing Cloud Engagement (Growth/Plus/Premium/Advanced). Channel marketers set up co-branded templates in the Distributed Marketing experience; partners access and send directly from their portal.
Sellers shouldn’t have to leave their workflow to get CRM intelligence. Agentforce Sales in Gemini can engage leads, create meeting briefs, surface deal risks and guidance, and manage pipeline and CRM updates securely and in real-time all without leaving Gemini. With the agent handling the grind of manual tasks, sellers can focus on relationship building and strategic selling to win.
Engagement Agent can now qualify Contacts and Person Accounts in Agentforce Sales, not just Leads. This is especially beneficial to financial services, healthcare, and B2C teams that work primarily with Contacts and Person Accounts. Businesses can now run AI-driven qualification across their entire CRM, not just the top of the funnel.
When a deal involves multiple stakeholders, coordinating calendars slows everything down. Engagement Agent now surfaces rep availability to all prospect stakeholders during outreach, enabling multi-person meeting booking without rep involvement. No more calendar Tetris — the agent handles scheduling complexity so your reps can spend time on the conversation, not coordinating calendars.
Previously, when agent managers made edits to live agents or upgraded agent configuration, there was no safety net. One bad change could undo months of tuning. We’ve removed that risk with versioning support so teams can roll back configurations after edits or safely adopt new enhancements without the risk of losing a tuned setup that’s already working.
Face-to-face meetings are some of the most important conversations in a deal — and the hardest to consistently capture. The In-Person Meeting Assistant is a new on-device feature that captures and transcribes face-to-face conversations directly within the Salesforce mobile app. It helps teams document meetings in a secure, standardized way that keeps conversation data connected to their CRM.
