Maham Hassan began her career as a manual Quality Assurance professional in Pakistan, determined to build a better future while pushing back against societal norms. Facing cultural barriers and a male-dominated industry, she turned a chance introduction to Salesforce in 2013 into a lifeline, and a launchpad. She taught herself the platform through public forums and Trailhead, eventually making the bold move to Dubai in pursuit of greater opportunity.
From Architect to Agentforce Pioneer
Today, Maham is a Salesforce Solutions Architect focused on helping some of the region’s largest organizations adopt Agentforce scale. She has led successful Agentforce POCs for Emirates and delivered full-scale implementations for UAE government entities, some of the most complex, high-stakes environments in the region. Her work demonstrates that agentic technology isn't just a pilot concept; it's production-ready infrastructure
AI-Driven From the Start
Maham takes an AI-first approach even before a single line of configuration is written. Before a single line of configuration is written, Maham uses Agentforce to assess org health, identify technical debt, and guide architectural decisions. For her, AI isn't just something she implements for customers, it's become an essential part of how she architects solutions from day one.

Giving Back at Every Level
Maham's impact extends far beyond her client work. She became a CAB (Community Advisory Board) member and a Salesforce Architect Ambassador, deepening her role as a connector and advocate across the ecosystem. She co-leads Dubai Dreamin' , serves as the Dubai Developer Group Leader, and continues to mentor women breaking into tech, carrying forward the same support that helped her when she was starting out.
Today, Maham is helping shape the next generation of Trailblazers, both through the enterprise solutions she architects and the community she's committed to growing.
