Sally ElGhoul is a Trailblazer

For Sally ElGhoul, technology has always been a calling. Growing up in Egypt, she began learning computer programming in elementary school - long before it was common or expected. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with a master’s specializing in Robotics before launching her career as a developer, driven by an insatiable curiosity for what technology could do.

Her Salesforce journey began in 2010 when her company, ITWorx, asked her to support a client exploring the platform. That one assignment sparked a lifelong relationship with the ecosystem - and set in motion a journey that would take her from Egypt to the United Kingdom, and eventually to Canada.

Today, Sally serves as Salesforce Lead Developer and Architect at Yalla Cloud, where she’s helping enterprise customers move beyond AI experimentation to production-ready product.agentorce implementations. From employee agents that automate complex workflows across Salesforce and external systems to AI-powered service experiences, Sally focuses on turning Agentforce into practical business value for enterprise customers. Most recently, her team began exposing Salesforce's Headless MCP servers to client employees through Claude - letting users run reports and pull insights from Salesforce using plain English, without building a single dashboard.

As Sally's work with Agentforce has evolved, so has her commitment to helping others build with it. Through Code with Sally, she runs free weekly live sessions in English and Arabic, helping developers around the world build their Salesforce and Agentforce skills. She mentors students in Egypt, led a development sprint cohort with Africa Ohana reaching learners across Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Morocco, and continues as a developer coach with RAD Women.
