Tiffany Spencer's tech journey began when she chose computer camp over cheerleading. After earning her Computer Information Systems degree from Bethune-Cookman University, Salesforce admin training showed her how emerging platforms could transform lives when made accessible. Today, as AI drives the next technology shift, Tiffany is focused on ensuring underrepresented communities have the opportunity to participate and thrive.
Building Pathways to Opportunity
To expand access to careers in tech, Tiffany founded Tech Forward, opening pathways into cloud technology and AI for marginalized communities. Through partnerships with organizations like Dress for Success Atlanta and 8 Cents in a Jar, she helps emerging professionals develop skills and prepare for new career opportunities.
She also founded Dreamin' In Color , a Salesforce community conference designed to elevate underrepresented voices and create space for diverse leaders to connect, grow, and help shape the future of technology.
Preparing People for the AI Era
As AI transforms how people work, Tiffany is helping more people prepare for what's next. Through hands-on workshops and educational programs, she demystifies emerging AI capabilities, helping students and emerging professionals develop the skills and confidence to navigate, build, and thrive in an evolving AI economy.
Her commitment to responsible technology also shaped her previous role as IT Manager at Giving Kitchen, a nonprofit supporting food service workers in crisis. There, she laid the groundwork for technology adoption through data governance, staff readiness, and process integrity, demonstrating the importance of keeping people at the center of digital transformation.
AI isn't just a technology shift, it's a people and change management shift. As new tools reshape how work gets done, the Trailblazer Community's responsibility is to use technology responsibly, share what we're learning, and make sure more people have the opportunity to participate in the future we're building.
