What is the hotel cancellation policy?

If you reserved a room via the TDX registration process, cancellations must be made according to the hotel’s cancellation policy (between two weeks and five days before arrival, depending on the hotel). Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax. What if I don’t check in on my scheduled arrival date?

Accepted Answer

If you don’t check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation. The hotel can choose not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.

Yes. We welcome you and your service animal throughout the campus. Owners must take full responsibility for their animals. Animals can relieve themselves outside anywhere around the venue. The owner is responsible for cleaning up after the animal and disposing of waste properly.
