Associate Support Engineer

New grad role. Support engineers improve the Salesforce business process and create a culture of success for our customers. They are our go-to experts in solving the most technical and complex customer issues to deliver a world-class support experience.

Associate Technical Consultant

New grad role. Associate technical consultants deliver development solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements. They work on cutting-edge cloud-based development projects that lead to the successful delivery of enterprise desktop, cloud, and mobile solutions.

Associate Solution Consultant

New grad role. Associate solution consultants act as a strategic partner with customers. They use strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, and knowledge of their customer's business to design comprehensive solutions and help customers get the most out of their investment with Salesforce.

Our interview process begins with a recruiter phone screen, focused on your background and interest in the role. Depending on the role, this is followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager and/or team member which can last up to 45 minutes. Expect to discuss class work and previous work/internship experiences in this call. Also, be sure to brush up on your Salesforce knowledge, as our interviewers love to see you’ve done your homework. The last step is often a virtual or onsite presentation. If it’s a match, an offer will be extended (timelines vary).

Within APAC: Following initial profile screening of applicants, a HackerRank coding test is conducted to understand the incumbent’s technical aptitude. Then the qualifying test takers undergo a communication assessment. This is followed by the interview rounds consisting of a technical interview and a hiring manager interview. Each level of assessment is eliminatory in nature — that is, each round must be cleared to move to the next round.
