Launching a Career in Customer Success at Salesforce Through Futureforce

Our Futureforce interns work on real projects that affect how our business runs and that make a tangible impact on the future of our company. Here's a look at how they create success for our customers.

“You need to have a beginner’s mind to create bold innovation.” — Marc Benioff

We enable our newest employees, our Futureforce, to be part of that bold innovation; the innovation that more than 150,000 customers trust to help drive results for sales, service, and marketing. The Futureforce program finds interns and new graduates from universities around the world with the beginner’s mindset to propel Salesforce innovation forward. Their fresh perspective, openness to learning, and eagerness to get the job done are some of the many ways their beginner’s mindset is driving the success of Salesforce.

Our new graduate program provides entry-level positions for those looking for career opportunities to work on real projects that affect how our business runs and that make a tangible impact on the future of our company. Being part of these programs means:

  • Launching your career with teams that are creating a culture of success
  • Spearheading and shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution
  • Being part of a community of individuals that are building a diverse Ohana

This program includes our New Grad Success Agents who are our go-to experts in solving the most technical and complex customer issues to deliver the world-class support experience Salesforce is known for on the Customer Service Team. These agents are quick on their feet, always curious, great listeners, and — most importantly — a solution to success.

This role puts you in the front lines fresh out of college, challenging you to demonstrate problem-solving and improve the customer service business process.

“As a Success Agent, you get to solve challenging problems and work with customers from Fortune 500 companies all while getting to work with success managers who are encouraging throughout the problem solving process.” — Ryan Mook, Success Agent Analyst

Not only are our Success Agents improving the Salesforce business process, but they’re also creating a culture of success for our customers. The agents help our customers discover the full power of Salesforce in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

“I love that I get to play an active role in the success of our customers. You get to build an insightful relationship with your customer and feel a sense of accomplishment when you solve a business-impacting issue with them. We can see, first hand, how the success agent role can impact the success of our customers.” — Chelsea Carey, Success Agent Analyst

Salesforce wouldn’t be where we are today without our Ohana culture. A culture where employees, customers, and partners live by our values of trust, customer success, innovation, and equality. Our Success Agents not only get to execute on these ideals with their customers but also get to live by it every day with their Success Agent Ohana.

In addition to the challenging work, the team environment is amazing, they become your family.” – Madaline Costa, Success Agent Analyst

Be part of a team that’s making the number one Customer Relationship Management platform, number one. The Success Agent team is looking for new college graduates to continue driving Salesforce’s core value of customer success.
