COVID-19 has had significant impact on Retail. Stores closed, supply chain has been disrupted and retailers have lost lots of revenues (some of them going under as well). On the flipside, online shopping has grown significantly, across categories. As consumer behaviour has changed more towards online, we believe that it will continue as the new normal even after the crisis.

Retailers need to keep up with this shift to online, by transforming to a digital-first model. Some have already started on this journey. For them to accelerate and for those who haven’t started yet, they may need to think about a digital transformation of the way they do business.
