iSelect Gains Single View of the Customer with Salesforce
iSelect chooses Salesforce for its next phase of growth and product innovation
SYDNEY, Australia — 26 July, 2016—Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the Customer Success Platform and
world's #1 CRM company, today announced that iSelect -- Australia’s leading destination for personalised
comparison and expert advice across insurance, utilities and personal finance products -- has signed a
multimillion dollar deal to deploy Salesforce Service Cloud across its business.
The transformative decision involves the deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud licenses across
iSelect’s entire business. For the first time, all customer service agents will have a single view of their
customers and the ability to cross-serve their existing and soon-to- expand product suite.
The Service Cloud will replace seven separate customer relationship management (CRM) systems that
iSelect activated during its early years as a startup. As the business looked towards its next phase of
growth, it identified the need for a technology platform that could centralise its customer information and
scale to build out its product offering.
“At iSelect, we’re all about making life easier for our customers and helping them take care of those
boring but important life admin tasks it’s easy to keep putting off,” said Scott Wilson, CEO, iSelect. “Using
Salesforce enables us to provide Australians with an even more effortless customer experience. We’re
confident that Salesforce’s Customer Success Platform, combined with our passionate and innovative
team here at iSelect, will power our next phase of growth.”
As part of the company’s transformation and growth roadmap, iSelect is committed to rolling out a three-
phase program. The first phase will focus on the implementation of the Salesforce Service Cloud to
achieve a single, 360-view of the customer. The following phases will further leverage the power of the
platform to develop new apps and vertical capabilities, and empower product innovation across iSelect’s
customer and partner ecosystem, which will leverage Salesforce Community Cloud.
“iSelect is a market disruptor, founded on the notion of delivering the best possible option to the end
customer - a value that aligns with Salesforce’s focus on customer success,” said Tom Karemacher, Area
VP Commercial Sales, Salesforce APAC. “We are very excited to help iSelect fuel the company’s next
phase of growth. By having a single view of the customer, iSelect will be able to continue delivering the
best outcomes for its customers across a range of products and services.”
iSelect is Australia’s leading destination for personalised comparison and expert advice across a wide
range of insurance, utilities and personal finance products. iSelect’s team of highly-trained advisers give
