Salesforce Launches Unlimited Edition+, a Comprehensive Suite for Data, AI, and CRM, with Streamlined Pricing and Packaging

  • New product bundles from Salesforce deliver greater customer value across sales, service, and industries, all powered by the Einstein 1 Platform, helping businesses connect data, build AI-powered apps, and deliver entirely new CRM experiences
  • Sales Cloud Unlimited+ and Service Cloud Unlimited+ provide the best of Salesforce technology in a single package so customers can consolidate their tech stacks, reduce costs, and accelerate growth
  • Unlimited+ for Industries helps financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing customers realize faster time to value

Today, Salesforce announced the general availability of Unlimited Edition+ (UE+), a simplified technology package for businesses looking to accelerate growth with AI, data, and CRM. UE+ provides organizations in every industry access to the best of Salesforce technology across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Slack, Tableau, and Industries in a single offering, helping them transform their business and deliver stronger customer experiences.

Why it matters: The era of AI is here, but companies are challenged by siloed data and disjointed tech stacks, which have created overwhelmingly complex and costly systems. These organizations are limited in their ability to effectively implement trusted AI due to a lack of access, harmonization, and connectivity across first- and third-party data. In fact, 60% of IT leaders say generative AI won’t integrate into their tech stack.
