Now Available on Alibaba Cloud: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform

Salesforce and Alibaba Cloud announced the general availability of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform on Alibaba Cloud starting December 18, 2023.

The introduction of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform aims to help businesses, particularly multinational companies operating in mainland China, meet evolving market demands, help comply with the latest data residency regulations, and integrate with the unique local app ecosystem. 

Now available on Alibaba Cloud:

  • Sales Cloud: A sales growth platform that empowers sales teams to identify sales leads, manage customer relationships, track sales progress, and automate processes to help close deals faster and drive revenue.
  • Service Cloud: A customer service platform that transforms how service teams deliver value across every customer touchpoint — from customer experience, engagement, processes, automation, and service operations systems, pre-built integrated applications, ticket management, knowledge base, and queue management.
  • Salesforce Platform: A low-code application development platform that extends the scope and functionality of CRM. Customers can build, test, and deploy applications that automate business processes and bring greater efficiency to any workflow, user, department, or industry.

Exclusive features for mainland China will be available on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud hosted on Alibaba Cloud. These features will include integrations with key Chinese social media and messaging platforms, helping companies serve customers on their preferred channels.
