Fulbright University Vietnam Transforms Student Experience with Agentforce

 Seamlessly integrates AI Agents into the institution’s student portal within just three weeks

Singapore, 8 September 2025: Salesforce, the world’s leading AI CRM, today announced that Fulbright University Vietnam has adopted Agentforce and Data Cloud to transform student engagement, scale student services and streamline operations. Deployed within just three weeks, Agentforce is embedded within the university’s One Stop student services portal, providing students a conversational AI assistant capable of responding to queries in natural language and helping better meet the needs of its growing student base. AI responses are grounded in the trusted student data consolidated in Data Cloud, the hyperscale data engine built within the Salesforce platform. 

Fulbright University is Vietnam’s first independent, nonprofit liberal arts university with a mission to equip future leaders with the skills to address global challenges, and to build a diverse, inclusive academic community. 

As Fulbright’s student body expanded, so did the need for a more streamlined approach to the surge in service requests and administrative complexity. The university sought a secure, scalable solution to enhance operations and deliver a more personalised experience. 

Creating an intuitive student experience 

Fulbright is continuing its ambitious digital transformation with Salesforce at the core. Fulbright uses Sales Cloud to manage the student lifecycle and Experience Cloud to power the university’s One Stop student services portal.

With Agentforce, the portal has become a dynamic ecosystem for engaging, informing, and assisting Fulbright’s diverse student body. Students can now log service requests, view responses, access policy documents, and receive updates in natural language instead of navigating menus or struggling with search filters. 

Responses are also tailored based on the user’s context, such as year or course of study, making self-service faster, reducing student frustration, and enabling service staff to focus on more complex needs. 

Powering AI with a Unified Data Strategy

Fulbright uses Data Cloud to consolidate student information and seamlessly integrate all structured and unstructured data. This unified data strategy has created a structured and centralised knowledge base, allowing Agentforce to draw on clean, reliable data from day one.
