Andrew has spent the last decade focussing on customer lifecycle and digital marketing for the ‘considered’ buying process. He developed the 3C3P Customer Lifecycle Marketing methodology – an integrated CX and pipeline marketing approach adopted by many blue-chip firms including IBM, Open Universities Australia, Mercer and Schneider Electric. He is passionate about the possibilities presented by the new wave of automation, analytics and AI in measuring the commercial impact and ROI. He advises CMO/CSO leaders on alignment strategies for greater sales and marketing effectiveness.

Andrew is a regular speaker on the marketing conference circuit, has sat on various industry judging panels and is on the Advisory Panel for B2B Marketing Leaders Forum.


Michael Roberts is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Salesforce. He's been working in the Marketing Automation Space for the past 6 years, specialising in B2B Marketing. Michael has worked with variety of customers around their marketing strategy - from small startups to large banks and everyone in between!  

Prior to Salesforce, Michael was a digital marketing manager himself. He is particularly passionate about how marketers can better align with their sales teams, and use Artificial Intelligence to drive smarter conversations with their customers. In his spare time, Mike loves a strong short black, travelling to cold places and throwing a great dinner party.

Robert is Commercial Director at Sutton Tools, the market leader in Australia and New Zealand for cutting tools and power tool accessories. With 28 years experience at Sutton Tools, Robert is responsible for global sales and marketing with a strong focus on CRM and marketing automation. He established Sutton Tools Singapore, developed the Asian distribution network, and established Sutton Tools Europe, returning two years ago after four years based in Antwerp.
A CX evangelist, Vivien makes marketing simple and powerful so her Sales Star Soldiers can execute growth and revenue targets for the business. As Group Marketing Manager, APAC, Vivien leads the regional marketing teams to bring together inbound go-to-market campaigns, and combines CRM and Automation functions to deliver high quality leads across Ascender’s omni funnels.
