We are thrilled to have private access to the "The Chronicles of San Francisco" Mural by internationally recognised artist JR, an exhibition which celebrates the voices of the extraordinary, unique, and diverse city of San Francisco. This exhibition celebrates the voices of the extraordinary, unique, and diverse city of San Francisco, Over the course of two months in early 2018, the artist set up a mobile studio in twenty-two locations around San Francisco, where he filmed and interviewed nearly twelve hundred people from across the city’s multifaceted communities. In the completed work, a digital mural scrolls across a seamless bank of screens, bringing together the faces and untold stories of the people we encounter every day. Presented in SFMOMA’s soaring Roberts Family Gallery.

Alice Waters
Executive Chef, Founder and Owner, Chez Panisse Restaurant
Alice Waters is a chef, author, food activist, and the founder and owner of Chez Panisse Restaurant in Berkeley, California. She has been a champion of local sustainable agriculture for over four decades. In 1995 she founded the Edible Schoolyard Project, which advocates for a free school lunch for all children and a sustainable food curriculum in every public school.
She has been Vice President of Slow Food International since 2002. She conceived and helped create the Yale Sustainable Food Project in 2003, and the Rome Sustainable Food Project at the American Academy in Rome in 2007.
Her honors include election as a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2007; the Harvard Medical School’s Global Environmental Citizen Award, which she shared with Kofi Annan in 2008; and her induction into the French Legion of Honor in 2010. In 2015 she was awarded the National Humanities Medal by President Obama, proving that eating is a political act, and that the table is a powerful means to social justice and positive change.
Alice is the author of sixteen books including her critically acclaimed memoir, Coming to My Senses: The Making of a Counterculture Cook, the New York Times bestsellers The Art of Simple Food I & II, and The Edible Schoolyard: A Universal Idea.
Simon Mulcahy
Executive Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer of Salesforce
Mulcahy has held numerous leadership roles at Salesforce. From 2016-2018, he was Chief Marketing Officer, leading Salesforce’s global marketing organisation. Before that, he was General Manager of Salesforce’s Financial Services business, defining the vertical go-to-market and product strategy, launching the Financial Services Cloud. Until 2008, Mulcahy was Head of Technology Industries of the World Economic Forum (known for its annual summit in Davos that attracts CEOs and world leaders). In that role, he worked closely with CEOs of leading global technology companies, as well as prominent thought leaders and government leaders. Earlier in his career, Mulcahy was a strategy consultant, and before that, a British Army Officer. Mulcahy is a Global Leadership Fellow of the World Economic Forum.
Peter Schwartz
Chief Futures Officer, Salesforce
Prior to joining Salesforce, Peter was co-founder and chairman of Global Business Network. He is the author of several works. His first book, The Art of the Long View, is considered a seminal publication on scenario planning. Peter has also served as a script consultant on the films "The Minority Report," "Deep Impact," "Sneakers," and "War Games." He received a B.S. in aeronautical engineering and astronautics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
