Event Information

Salesforce World Tour Sydney will take place on Wednesday, 1 March 2023, from 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. AEDT.

World Tour will take place on Levels 1 to 5 of the Exhibition Centre.
Event check in will take place via the Event Deck on Level 4, accessible from the level 2 concourse. There will be signage throughout the venue to help you navigate Salesforce World Tour Sydney 2023.
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, breakout sessions, Campground and networking reception. Food and beverage will be provided and available to purchase throughout the day.

Admission to breakouts and theatre sessions is first-come, first seated. We advise you to arrive early to ensure you get the sessions you really want.
  • The Campground is located on Level 1, access via Level 2 escalators. Breakouts, Catering, Customer 360, Sponsors and much more are all located here.
  • The Campground will be operational from 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
  • The Keynote is located on Level 4 via Door 5.
  • For a breakdown of sponsors and their locations, visit the Visitor Centre on the day.
  • The Keynote is located on Level 4, Hall 5 via Door 5 & 6 Foyer.
  • To join the queue, make your way to Level 4 of the exhibition centre and follow the direction of Salesforce staff and from Salesforce Ambassadors. Queuing will start from 10:45 a.m. The Keynote Room will not be accessible prior to this time, or via any other entrance.
  • If you do not receive a seat in the Keynote room, please make your way back to the Campground where you can watch the Keynote from a live feed in all breakout areas.

COVID-19 Health and Safety

COVID-19 Entry Requirements: We will not be requiring vaccine proof or rapid antigen testing. All attendees will be required to follow any COVID-19 health and safety protocols issued by the venue, and local health authorities.

Tickets and Registration

You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.

Having your e-Ticket showing on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for a speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check-in.

Your e-Ticket is also inside your original confirmation email.

Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, see an Ambassador or visit the registration help desk if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.
Please email apacevents@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
  • Visitor Centres - there is one visitor centre on the Campground floor, equipped with helpful staff to guide you to where you need to be. This centre also operate as a point of contact to the event team, so if you see a need or have a concern, relay it to the staff here.

Transportation

The best taxi drop off and pick up locations include Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of Aware Super Theatre (ICC Sydney Theatre), both accessed via Darling Drive.
The guide to get to the venue is available here. There are several public transport options, including Sydney Light Rail, train, bus, ferry and water taxi.
ICC Sydney will operate two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 12 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces. Full information and rates available here.

Food and Beverage

  • Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, networking drinks and canapés will be provided free of charge.
  • Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register, or contact us with your requests.
There are a wide variety of outlets in and around ICC Sydney. Click here for options. If you leave the venue throughout the day you will be required to re-enter through security and have your credentials checked.   
Yes, we will be accomodating of special dietary restrictions. Please note any dietary needs when registering so we can accomodate. On the day, customers with dietaries will be communicated with the pick up location of these items. Otherwise, our general lunch menu caters to regular requirements.

International and domestic flights will arrive and depart from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (IATA: SYD).
Depending on the time of day, travel time via taxi from Sydney Airport is approximately 30 minutes.

ICC Amenities

Male, female, gender neutral and accessible toilets are located throughout the venue. Primary access is at the front and back of the Campground hall.

Additional restrooms are located on levels 3-5, along the walkway.

Cloaking is available at the cloak room in Hall 7, Level 4 Available from 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

ICC Sydney has wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:

  • Convention Centre Ground Level — Located in the corridor next to the cafe directly opposite the first aid room
  • Convention Centre Level 2 — located in the corridor on the right between Parkside Ballroom and The Gallery, before you reach Pyrmont Theatre and foyer
  • Exhibition Centre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Hall 3 entry point
  • Aware Super Theatre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Door 4 entry point.

Please note that if you wish to leave the venue, you will have to re-enter the Event on Level 4 through the initial security check point.

A dedicated First Aid room can be found on level 2, however contact a member event staff who can raise a first aid response. First aid teams can respond anywhere onsite.
Yes, delegate wifi is available throughout the event.

Refillable water stations, water bubblers and water coolers are located throughout the Campground.
  • The ICC is a strictly non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.
  • Please note that if you wish to leave the venue to smoke, you will have to re-enter the Event on Level 4 through the initial security check point.

You can request accessibility accommodations and services when registering for World Tour by indicating that you have accessibility requirements on the form. A representative will reach out to discuss your needs to make sure your experience on site is enjoyable. Alternatively, please email us at apacevents@salesforce.com at any time with any needs.
Please submit your request by Friday, 17 February 2023. Requests are honoured to the maximum extent possible.
Volunteers wearing Abilityforce t-shirts will be onsite and able to assist with any accessibility requests at the concierge desk. Event and International Convention Centre Sydney staff will also be able to answer accessibility questions and can direct you to an Abilityforce volunteer.

Step free entrances are available at Iron Wharf Place and Woodward Fountain via automatic sliding doors. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to the left of Convention Café or to the right of the Customer Service Desk.

ICC Sydney has equitable and step-free access to every conference, exhibition and entertainment venue. The Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre are seamlessly connected via the step-free level two concourse which can be accessed from all three venues.

Accessible toilets, ramps and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge. Wheelchairs can be collected from any customer service desk throughout the venue.

Yes: male, female, gender neutral and accessible toilets are located throughout the venue. Primary access is at the front and back of the Customer Success Expo halls.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our Keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.

If you require reserved seating in the larger Keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.

Yes, guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the venue.
Yes, you can request an auxiliary aid or AUSLAN sign interpreter when registering for World Tour Sydney by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. A representative will reach out to discuss your needs to make sure your experience on site is enjoyable.
Yes, there will be rest stops strategically placed throughout the International Convention Centre Sydney. Priority is given to individuals with disabilities. A quiet zone is also available on Level 3.
Yes, we will have a lower height table at registration. You can request this service and others when registering for World Tour Sydney by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
Abilityforce volunteers will be available throughout the International Convention Centre Sydney, and will be happy to help you navigate to your destination.
There are power outlets located throughout the venue. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed. Can't find one? Look for a coffee zone and you'll be sure to see Astro powered up!

Salesforce+

Yes! Select sessions from the day will be broadcast live on Salesforce+. Please note that not all sessions will be streamed.
Register here for Salesforce+ using your Trailblazer ID. Once you have signed up for Salesforce+ you will be able to access World Tour Sydney content, as well as other on-demand Salesforce content.
Not at all - just log in with your Trailblazer ID to watch the sessions on the day, as well as other on-demand Salesforce content.
To access World Tour content, simply head to salesforce.com/plus. Log into your account and click to view World Tour Sydney 2023 from the homepage.
World Tour Sydney will be streaming on Salesforce+, so there is no need to cancel or change your registration. Your free Salesforce+ membership will simply remain active should you choose to experience World Tour on-demand sessions, future events and live-streamed, original content.
Yes, closed captions will be provided for all sessions.

Security and Code of Conduct

It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending World Tour. As such, we’re implementing security scanning measures for attendees, including X-ray bag checks and metal detectors. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, but cloakroom facilities will be available adjacent to the main registration area.
