Salesforce today announced the winners of the 2025 ANZ Partner of the Year Awards, honouring a special group of partners who are redefining the future of work by building Agentic Enterprises across Australia and New Zealand.
“Our partners are the essential architects of the Agentic Enterprise across the region, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers to turn the promise of AI into production-ready reality,” said Erin Williams, RVP Alliances & Channels ANZ, Salesforce. “The winners this year have shown incredible skill in closing the ‘last mile’ of AI—taking the raw power of LLMs and grounding them in the trusted data and business logic of the Salesforce platform to drive growth.”
From Experimentation to Execution
Since the launch of Agentforce in late 2024, Salesforce partners have been instrumental in helping organisations successfully navigate the opportunity and challenges of agentic AI.
“From established global leaders to agile emerging specialists, the breadth and depth of our partners’ capabilities are what enable Australian and New Zealand businesses to scale with confidence,” Williams said. “They not just implementing technology, they are leading a people-focused transformation that redefines how work gets done in the agentic era.”

“Being named Salesforce ANZ Partner of the Year is a real honour and reflects the strong, collaborative partnership WPP shares with Salesforce,” said Tim Matheson, CTO, ANZ for WPP. “It recognises our shared focus on innovation, creativity and delivering customer experiences that help our clients succeed in ANZ and around the world. Together, we’re helping brands build stronger connections with their customers and achieve their goals.
“The award also recognises how we’re working with Salesforce to shape the next wave of customer experience,” he continued. “We’re bringing together Salesforce capabilities with WPP’s creativity and brand expertise to help teams move faster, make better decisions and solve complex challenges.”
“A key example is the alignment of Salesforce Agentforce with WPP Open, our Agent Hub, and the Experience Studio, grounded in WPP’s decades of brand intelligence and behavioural science, this enables us to deliver smarter, more effective outcomes for clients.”
“The scale of this shift is unprecedented,” said Erin Williams. “According to IDC, for every $1 Salesforce makes, our partner ecosystem is projected to make $6.93 by 2028. Our partners are driving over 51% of activated agents globally, acting as ‘Customer Zero‘ by deploying Agentforce within their own firms to gain the firsthand expertise our customers demand.”
