Salesforce Announces 2025 ANZ Partner of the Year Award Winners, Celebrating Excellence in the Agentic Era

Salesforce today announced the winners of the 2025 ANZ Partner of the Year Awards, honouring a special group of partners who are redefining the future of work by building Agentic Enterprises across Australia and New Zealand.

“Our partners are the essential architects of the Agentic Enterprise across the region, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers to turn the promise of AI into production-ready reality,” said Erin Williams, RVP Alliances & Channels ANZ, Salesforce. “The winners this year have shown incredible skill in closing the ‘last mile’ of AI—taking the raw power of LLMs and grounding them in the trusted data and business logic of the Salesforce platform to drive growth.”

Since the launch of Agentforce in late 2024, Salesforce partners have been instrumental in helping organisations successfully navigate the opportunity and challenges of agentic AI.

  • Winner: Xenai Digital
  • Key Achievement: Recognised for working with Fiji Airways, delivering high-impact, story-based innovation that transformed the customer experience.

Award Category: ANZ Growth Partner of the Year

  • Winner: HCL Technologies
  • Key Achievement: Awarded for achieving the highest Year-over-Year (YoY) growth in accelerated ACV and practice expansion.

Award Category: ANZ Public Sector Partner of the Year

  • Winner: Deloitte Digital
  • Key Achievement: Recognised for delivering significant impact for public sector customers.

Award Category: ANZ Emerging Partner of the Year

  • Winner: NMD
  • Key Achievement: Honoured as a rising consulting partner with standout YoY growth in both ACV and net new credentials.
