Salesforce today honoured the winners of the 2026 Partner Innovation Awards, celebrating consulting partners worldwide who are driving digital, data, and agentic transformations. Standing out on the global stage, Australian and New Zealand partners Cloudwerx and Xenai Digital were recognised for their work helping local enterprises innovate using Salesforce’s Data 360, Agentforce, and AI capabilities.
As organisations shift from early AI experimentation to becoming fully integrated agentic enterprises, ANZ partners are leading the charge. The local winners demonstrate how boutique and independent partners are punching above their weight globally to create measurable business value.
Cloudwerx: Reimagining the Future of Work with Agentic Innovation
Recognised for its work with global accounting platform Xero, Cloudwerx was awarded for pushing the boundaries of agentic enterprise deployments.
Cloudwerx worked alongside Xero to design and deploy AI agent solutions that scale customer experience while reducing friction. The implementation now helps support Xero’s growing ecosystem of 5 million customers, and in the process, over 65% of customer queries receive immediate resolution.
“Winning an award like this on a global scale validates our whole strategy,” said Toby Wilcock, CEO of Cloudwerx. “All roads lead to agentics and orchestrating AI. For us, it’s about proving that boutique, agile partners can compete alongside Global System Integrators (GSIs) by focusing on pragmatism, fast delivery, and real business outcomes.”
“We’re carving our own path by turning up and doing a lot of stuff that’s not always done well, like being authentic, pragmatic, and flexible.”
Cloudwerx’s approach offers crucial guidance for organisations embarking on AI readiness. Success begins with setting a clear business strategy rather than getting lost in a collection of disparate use cases, requiring leaders to rethink how people and agents collaborate.
According to Wiclock, instead of needing a massive list of features to start, teams should target a specific friction point, solve it, and iterate. Crucially, imperfect data shouldn’t stall progress; building a cognitive asset is a continuous process that matures and sharpens over time.
“Because agentic AI is a cognitive asset, it’s a growing, living kind of thing,” said Wilcock. “Start with the problem, not just a bunch of use cases, and you can start shaping it and training it. You have to start somewhere, and you realise nobody’s starter is perfect.”
Xenai Digital: Unlocking Business Context with Data 360
Xenai Digital took home a global Partner of the Year award for System of Context, recognising their pioneering work connecting enterprise data foundations to power AI agents.
Partnering with Fiji Airways, Xenai Digital executed a world-first integration connecting Fiji Airways’ data from Snowflake into Salesforce Data 360. The streamlined data foundation unlocked massive operational efficiencies across marketing, customer service, and sales, delivering a 442% return on investment and enabling more personalised travel experiences in the process.
“Winning on a global scale is deeply humbling for a business like ours competing in the world’s largest tech ecosystem,” said Pauline Pangan, Co-Founder and CEO of Xenai Digital. “It validates that successful AI transformation doesn’t start with AI, but with trusted, connected data and context. You don’t have to be the largest partner in the world to deliver world-class business impact.”
Xenai Digital’s work bypassed traditional, multi-month IT integration roadblocks by executing data contextualisation in parallel with platform setup, drastically cutting time-to-value for the airline.
The Fiji Airways deployment highlighted how essential data context is for modern AI, as agents remain only as effective as the historical customer data supplied to them. By leveraging tools like Data 360, Xenai Digital proved that businesses can break traditional IT bottlenecks and unlock trapped CRM and marketing data simultaneously without waiting for lengthy overhauls. In the process it demonstrated that high-impact digital transformation doesn’t need to be overly complex when built on a simple, clean, and unified data layer.
“We are not implementing technology for technology’s sake,” continued Pangan. “We are helping businesses turn fragmented data into something they can actually use to make better decisions, personalise customer experiences, automate intelligently and ultimately create measurable business value.”
Paving the Way for the ANZ Ecosystem
The success of Cloudwerx and Xenai Digital underscores the maturing ANZ Salesforce ecosystem, where local boutique partners are setting global benchmarks for AI, data integration, and customer success.
“Our ANZ partner ecosystem consistently proves that world-class innovation isn’t limited by geography or size,” said Glenda Birch, RVP – A&C ANZ. “The global recognition of Cloudwerx and Xenai Digital highlights the ingenuity driving our local region, as both partners lay the groundwork for the next era of enterprise transformation by aligning technical expertise with a bold vision for data and AI.”
